I am most energized by finding opportunities where others see complexity.
Whether entering a new market, launching a new investment mandate or identifying an overlooked opportunity, I enjoy transforming ambiguity into conviction and action. The challenge of navigating uncertainty, forming differentiated views and turning ideas into institutional-scale strategies has defined much of my career.
Over the past 15+ years, I have worked across both the sell-side and buy-side, spanning investment banking, venture capital, private equity, direct investments, co-investments and funds across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
At Siguler Guff, I helped establish the firm's first China direct investment initiative and later relocated to Singapore to launch its Southeast Asia investment business. In both cases, the mandate was the same: enter a new market, develop an investable strategy and create institutional investment capabilities from the ground up.
Before moving to the buy-side, I advised many of China's category-defining technology companies on IPOs, private placements and strategic financings during the country's mobile internet boom.
Along the way, I have invested across venture, growth and middle-market private equity, served as a board director and strategic advisor, and been recognized as a Featured Woman Investor by the Global Private Capital Association. I am also a frequent speaker at SuperReturn Asia and DealStreetAsia PE/VC Summit.
I thrive at the intersection of investing, entrepreneurship and market creation — a builder by instinct and a hunter by temperament, most comfortable where uncertainty, ambition and opportunity converge.
