I am an AI and Machine Learning leader with 15+ years of experience driving large-scale AI systems, digital platform innovation, and cross-disciplinary academic programs across NYU Stern, Amazon Ads, and global industry partnerships. My work combines technical depth with product vision, strategic leadership, and execution in complex, high-impact environments.
At Amazon Ads, I served as a Principal Research Scientist, leading initiatives in forecasting, pricing, recommendation, and delivery systems for multi-billion-dollar advertising marketplaces. This work supported Video Ads growth and strengthened streaming partnerships (Twitch, Hulu) through advanced predictive modeling and marketplace optimization.
At NYU Stern, where I am a Full Professor and Andre Meyer Faculty Fellow, I lead research and programs in generative AI, LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, trustworthy and privacy-aware ML, and large-scale digital marketplaces. My collaborations with Amazon, Meta, JPMorgan, Adobe, Bloomberg, and Alibaba span AI strategy, marketplace design, fintech, and enterprise analytics.
I have published 120+ papers (NeurIPS, ICML, JASA, Operations Research, Management Science) and authored books on AI and Web3. I am an ASA and IMS Fellow, recipient of the COPSS Emerging Leader Award, and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 and Poets & Quants 40 Under 40.

Across academia and industry, I focus on advancing responsible AI systems, integrating machine learning into large-scale marketplaces, and building global collaborations at the intersection of technology, business, and policy.
