My role focuses on driving operational excellence, aligning business priorities, and enabling scalable growth across SME, enterprise, and key verticals such as AI, eCommerce, gaming, and cross-border digital products.
Previously, I was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where I advised leading clients in retail, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy on strategy development, large-scale transformation, and performance improvement. With a unique background combining management consulting and software engineering, I bring a data-driven and technology-enabled approach to solving complex business problems.
My international experience across Europe, US, and China has given me a global perspective on market trends, regulatory landscapes, and customer needs. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, running, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
