I work at the intersection of AI, computational biology, and scientific tooling.
I am interested in connecting with researchers, builders, and student communities working on AI for science, computational biology, scientific software, and technical education.
My recent work has focused on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, explainable protein localization, and student-led technology communities in Singapore. I have presented research at international bioinformatics and biomedical engineering venues, built educational tools around AI and biology, and contributed to software and outreach projects that help students move from exposure to real technical work.
Before beginning my undergraduate studies after National Service, I am using this period to deepen my foundations in biology, machine learning, mathematics, and research engineering.
