I'm the Rotating CEO of Career International (SZSE: 300662), the first HR services company listed on China's A-share market. As a talent and organization expert with over two decades in human capital and management consulting, I'm passionate about exploring how the AI era is reshaping organizations, talent models, and the future of work.
I began my career at a Fortune 500 company before joining Career International in 2001, where I helped shape the firm's journey from startup to IPO and drove its international expansion, digital transformation, and ecosystem strategy.
As a hands-on strategist, I've helped leading multinationals build their China leadership teams, advised top Chinese brands on strengthening critical talent pipelines, and more recently partnered with major state-owned enterprises and fast-growing AI-native companies to design digitally enabled, globally competitive organizations. Working across multinational, private, and state-owned sectors has allowed me to be a trusted long-term partner to leaders navigating complex transitions.
I hold an MBA from Peking University's BiMBA Business School, where I serve as a Career Development and Consulting Mentor.
