I've worn many professional hats: team leader, project manager, operational specialist, mentor, educator, strategist, writer, event planner, researcher, supporter. Each of these roles have further sharpened my strengths:
• I am a communicator: I know how to listen, I know how to give directions, and I know when to offer feedback.
• I thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline-driven environments: I know how to manage time, stress and tasks. I keep a cool head and I get things done.
• I am a problem solver: give me a puzzle and watch me solve it. If I can't, watch me gather the talent and resources that will.
• I am adaptable: I am comfortable working in multilingual and multicultural environments. I can quickly adjust to a change in instruction, assignment, deadlines and direction.
