I started in UX and became interested in what happens behind the interface. How systems shape data flow, decisions, and risk.
In my most recent role, I served as the sole compliance owner and led an end-to-end overhaul of client lifecycle workflows for a high-trust, data-sensitive business. Working cross-functionally with engineering to redesign and automate how data was collected, processed, and governed, embedding PDPA and privacy-by-design principles directly into system logic.
Turning manual processes into structured, automated workflows reducing processing time significantly while improving accuracy, traceability, and compliance alignment.
On the side, a Community Manager for the Claude Singapore Community, driving AI initiatives one workshop at a time.
I’m now focused on Trust & Safety, Privacy Operations, and Data Governance roles, with a long-term interest in AI governance and responsible AI systems.
