Leading research is a specialized function, but user research is something that everyone can and should participate in.
I believe a method agnostic approach to research helps liberate researchers and provide better learning experiences for ourselves and of our users. This approach encourages the adoption of new tech, tools and creative ways of doing research which in turn uncovers blind spots for us.
One of my life goals is to understand people and the world we live in so I am really fortunate that my work allows me to do so.
With over 11 years of diverse research experience spanning consulting and in-house roles, I have a proven track record across technology, FMCG, finance, services and government sectors. My expertise lies in transforming data into actionable insights alongside key stakeholders, driving strategic decision-making, and delivering impactful results that align with organizational goals.
