I teach Data Science and AI at Nanyang Technological University (NTU PACE), and I design the curriculum I teach. My learners are HR managers, clinical researchers, bankers, and founders — capable adults who never wrote a line of code, and who leave running their own models.
Most AI courses fail the same way: they teach tools, not understanding. Learners copy code that works in class and falls apart at work.
I design differently:Every concept starts with WHY before HOW. Every technique connects to a decision my learners already make at work. Every module is built so that learning survives contact with the real world — because education only counts when it changes what people do.
This approach comes from living both sides: 10+ years leading analytics and planning teams across Asia Pacific, where I saw firsthand why capable people struggle to turn training into results — and a Master's in Knowledge Engineering from NUS, where I learned the science underneath the tools.
Now I build courses that close that gap. My latest curriculum redesign earned some of the strongest learner feedback of my career — and cohort after cohort of non-technical adults proving that AI is for people like them.
