With over 15 years of professional experience, I've spent more than a decade building internet products and engineering teams, including four years at Meituan working on smart-restaurant ordering and live-commerce systems. I also have hands-on involvement in data (four years) and algorithms (three years).
For the past three years, my focus has been agent engineering: the full path from prompt engineering to context engineering, harness engineering, and loop engineering. Along the way, I've also worked hands-on in NLP and LLMs, including embedding model training and fine-tuning, and hybrid retrieval.
At Career International Group, I serve as R&D Director, leading a cross-functional engineering team across backend, frontend, QA, data, and algorithms. There's a lot happening on my side: large-scale embedding model training and agentic search , plus agent productization, where we built a professional AgentOS for recruiting. I also drove the team's AI-native transformation.
With extensive experience in AI agent development, I am currently co-founding MiraDay, a brand-new AI recruitment agent that is compliance-first by design for global markets. It's not my first zero-to-one: I co-founded a game studio early in my career.
