Since joining in 2022, I have grown the function from 20 to 100+ people, expanding its scope from data foundations and machine learning to customer-facing AI, company-wide AI transformation, and growth technology including product led growth, sales led growth and marketing led growth.
Over 15+ years, I have led Analytics and Data Science at Kuaishou, built Airbnb China's analytics organization before serving as Head of Strategy & Operations, and held analytics and product strategy roles at PayPal and Zong.
